Is the collaboration of Andrea Harrn and Sue Goode, both experienced psychotherapists to bring fun creative experiential workshops to the City of London. Creative therapy facilitates self-awareness and personal analysis. Through the use of materials, self-expression and reflection can offer a means of accessing thoughts and feelings that might not be initially evident. The work is done at whatever level of self-disclosure, or depth of self analysis the individual is comfortable with. The group process can create an environment where participants can safely explore current situations or unresolved issues. This challenge can lead to unexpected feelings and insights.

Participants learn valuable skills through engaging in a group process, such as listening, risk taking, effective communication, offering feedback to other group members and engaging with own needs.

Creative group therapy offers a chance to experiment with ways of doing things differently.

Previous group participants have commented

  • new perspectives on coping with difficult areas of their life
  • feeling empowered to create and promote positive change
  • experience was helpful and liberating
  • allowed me to access hidden feelings
  • surprised by the positive experience

About Us

I am an experienced, qualified and accredited counsellor psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychotherapy. I have been working in this field for over 9 years with individuals, couples, families and groups in a variety of settings from primary health care, Drugsline: drug and alcohol services to private practice in Central London and South Woodford. My clients come via agencies, EAPS, business organizations, health workers as well as self-referrals. My approach is holistic and integrative

My interest in setting up experiential creative workshops in Central London comes from a belief and knowledge that working in London can be stressful and meaningless for many people. Earnings can be good but there is often a price to pay in terms of work life balance. Sometimes people can get stuck in ruts or feel powerless to change their situation. Happiness gets lost somewhere along the way. Values become diminished and relationships suffer. I want to provide an environment for people in London to explore themselves and their lives in a fun and innovative setting. I want this to be an experience to remember for all participants. Inner Journey workshops for me is about self-discovery, enjoyment and learning, its about empowerment and knowledge, its about progress and change but primarily its about fun. I am empathic, enthusiastic and committed to bringing energy and positivity to my work. Please join me on the journey………………

I am an experienced, qualified counsellor psychotherapist with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been working for 5 years with a wide variety of clients, both in a GP Surgery setting and private practice in London and Essex.

I have also worked for over 10 years as an Further Education Lecturer, teaching various creative accredited courses.

I acknowledge the whole person, mind, body, spirit and emotions. Working with the belief that everyone has inner creativity and resources to heal, grow and lead a fulfilled life, given the right conditions to do so. I work towards facilitating these in a non-judgemental, safe setting.

For me, combining these two areas of expertise was a natural progression. I now have much evidence, both personally and professionally, that the creative process brings joy, insight and often times, helps us communicate, previously difficult to express emotions.

So, Inner Journey, for me is about bringing together individuals with unique pasts and presents. Communicating, collaborating, expressing joy and sometimes pain in a non-judgmental setting.  No two workshops and no two people's experience are ever the same.  I bring to this collaborative journey, my energy, enthusiasm and motivational skills for creating a space for people to express themselves and become more self aware.
